As a 24Techs client, your plan includes virus and spyware scans and removal, HDD defragmentation, verification of scheduled backups and restore points, verification of OS schedules updates and verification of updates, one hour (per device) for non-preventative needs and technical support.

Our on-demand support simply means our technicians are available when you need help, no matter the time or day. Additionally, technical support is virtually immediate no matter where you’re located, and our web-based chat option rounds out the on-demand experience.

Can 24Techs support and diagnose my network?

Yes. Your network routers, switches and other data connection points are supported under your selected plan. 24Techs will work with you to clearly understand what technology you have, how your technical environment is configured and how your business connects to and communicates with your network.

Can 24Techs support my file server hardware?

Yes, we can. Help desk support is not limited to desktop PCs, laptop or mobile devices. Every 24Techs monthly subscription plan includes support for three (3) devices and one (1) server.
